FAMILY HANG @ THE HUB
Families with children (or adults without children who like to drink and play games), join us for this totally optional Day 0 activity at Querétaro's newest and most diverse entertainment space. With dozens of food vendors to choose from, and an equal array of activities (bowling, batting cages, darts, pickleball, ice skating, a playground, an incredible kids play place), there's something for everyone at The Hub.

As many guests will be arriving this day, there are no formally scheduled events during the day on Thursday. Check in begins at 3pm.

WELCOME PARTY AT LA CERVECERIA @ HOTEL HÉRCULES
ATTIRE: SMART CASUAL
Join the wedding couple, the bridal party, and our families as we officially welcome everybody to Querétaro! Anyone invited to the wedding is invited to this optional, casual welcome event at the beautiful and legitimately gigantic beer garden at Hércules Brewery. Food and drinks will be served. For World Cup fans, the final US group stage game (vs. Türkiye) will start at 8pm, and there will be screens around the beer garden for everyone to watch.
9PM
DOWNTOWN QUERÉTARO BAR CRAWL
When the fun ends at the beer garden, those who aren't tired can join a casual, slightly-but-not-really organized bar crawl in downtown Querétaro. Totally optional. 18+ only.
FRI JUNE 26

BREAKFAST @ HOTEL HÉRCULES
For guests staying at Hotel Hércules, we invite everyone to come together for breakfast at the Taverna. The bride and groom may or may not be in attendance, but that doesn't mean y'all can't get together and enjoy the most important meal of the day...that is, aside from the reception dinner. That one is important, too.

SHUTTLES DEPART FOR HACIENDA VIBORILLAS
All events on this day are taking place at Hacienda Viborillas. You are welcome to drive yourself there if you prefer, and there is ample parking at the venue. Shuttles will depart promptly at 4PM!
4:30PM
WEDDING CEREMONY
ATTIRE: FORMAL
A non-religious, symbolic ceremony will be held at the Chapel at Hacienda Viborillas.
5:30PM
COCKTAIL HOUR
Guests are welcomed to join together and celebrate the newlyweds with a lively cocktail hour, hosted in the esplanade of Hacienda Viborillas, while the bridal party takes pictures and yearns for their turn to hit the bar as well.
6:30PM
RECEPTION
Dinner, drinks, dancing, and the whole party will kick off in the Cavas at Viborillas.
11PM, 12AM, 1AM, AND 2AM
RETURN SHUTTLES
Get home safely. We'll have shuttle service all night, starting at around 11PM.

For guests staying at Hotel Hércules who aren't absolutely destroyed, join whoever drags themselves to breakfast at the Taverna. Consider 10AM a loose target to aim for.

POOL PARTY @ HOTEL HÉRCULES
ATTIRE: POOL / LOUNGE WEAR
Join us at the pool at Hotel Hércules - all ages welcomed to our private party, making full use of this amazing space. There will be a buffet, drinks, games, and a big rectangle filled with water that you can put yourself into as much as you want.

The pool is ours the entire day...but at some point, we may go...somewhere. Basically, the night is open, and we will see where it takes us!
SUN JUNE 28

CHECK OUT AND HEAD HOME
Check out time at Hércules has been extended to 3PM. Your flight is whenever your flight is.
THE REST OF THE DAY AND BEYOND
SAN MIGUEL DE ALLENDE
It's not over? Not if you don't want it to be! Consider visiting San Miguel de Allende, about an hour's drive from Querétaro. There will be no formally scheduled events or activities - in fact, we are probably not even going there. But it's a great place to visit, so if you have time and want to check it out, go for it!
